Returns Policy

This Returns Policy (“Policy”) is subject to change. Updates will be posted at tenblockcontinuum.com/returns-policy and are effective from the date of posting.

Non-returnable items

Digital Downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Other items such as grocery items or certain beauty and personal care items may be non-returnable, but are eligible for refunds if the request is initiated within the Return Period on the item's listing. 

Returnable items and eligibility 


Art pieces (original works only):

If your item meets the following requirements, you may return it for a full refund:

- Your return request is initiated within the Return Period on the item's listing (10 days for most art pieces).

- Item is returned in original packaging, with original packing materials. Most art pieces require special handling, and may become damaged if shipped back in non-original packaging. If you are purchasing artwork, please keep the packaging until you are certain that you are satisfied with your purchase.
 

All other items:

If your item meets the following requirements, you may return it for a full refund:

- Your return request is initiated within the Return Period on the item's listing (30 days for non-art items).

Who pays for return shipping?


Whether the Customer or the Vendor pays for return shipping depends on the reason for return. If the Customer is required to pay return shipping, they may self-ship the item via any reliable courier. 


The Vendor pays return shipping
if the return reason is:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item and shipping box arrived damaged
  • Item arrived damaged, but shipping box is not damaged
  • Received extra (free) or duplicate item  
  • Missing parts
  • Doesn't match description or photos
  • Doesn't work


The Customer pays return shipping
if the return reason is:

  • Purchased by mistake
  • Changed my mind/No longer needed
  • Doesn't fit


For the following return reasons, the Customer will need to provide additional details in the comment box of the Return Request form. The Vendor may contact you via email for more information if needed.

  • Doesn't match description or photos
  • Other


How do I create a return/refund request?

Go to My Account -> Orders 

Click “Request a refund or exchange” 

Enter your request type (replacement or refund), your return reason, and any comments you might have.

Requests that meet the eligibility requirements described in this Policy will be approved. Once approved, the Vendor you purchased the item from will email you with return instructions. 

The Vendor will review the returned item once received, and, if everything is in good order, you will receive an email stating that your refund payment is being processed. If the Vendor has any follow up questions, they will reach out via email.

Please allow sufficient time for processing. More specific timelines will be added to this Policy in the near future.
