How does the Continuum work?

You can search by product description using the search box on the top of the site, or you can search through a specific Seller's products by going directly to their Store page.

As you shop, you can add items to your cart from multiple Stores. 

At checkout, you’ll pay in a single transaction even if you're buying from multiple Sellers. You just need to pick your shipping method for each Seller based on whatever shipping options they offer. 

How do I return an item or ask for a refund?

What if I have a dispute with a Seller?

Try reaching out to the Seller first, and if you’d like us to get involved, let us know

How to contact Sellers:

- By Continuum messenger: 

Go to My Account -> Orders
Click into the order you'd like to dispute
Click "Send a message to Seller" 

- By email:

If you reply to the order confirmation you received via email, your message will go directly to the Seller. Alternatively, you can go to the Seller's Store by clicking their name. When you get to their products page, click their name again to view their contact info.  

What are your hours?

If you contact us by email, you’ll generally get a response within 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you use the Request a Call form, we’ll do our best to get back to you within 1 business day.
